Basically, we only offer the option to cancel a domain by expiration.
If you want to terminate your domain immediately for various reasons, you have to do the following steps (see below). Please note that the unclaimed remaining term can not be refunded.
Create a form that asks us to cancel your domain "immediately". We may only accept the form, if
- the domainname which has to be deleted is listed
- it indicates that the domain should be terminated "immediately"
- the current date is stated
- the name of the domain owner and his signature are visible, including a company stamp, in case of a company
