When you first log into CloudPit, it starts in the webhosting panel, from which you can manage domains and web hosting contracts. Where to find a desired function is described throughout this article.

1. Where can I find my contract and billing information?
You can find your contract and invoice data in the [My CloudPit] section (1). Here, you can view and manage your contact, contract, and invoice data, download and pay your invoices - unless you have set up a payment method for automatic deduction.
1.1 Where can I view my stored payment methods?
You can view and change your currently stored payment method under the menu point [Payment Data]. If no payment method is stored, you can pay each invoice individually by bank transfer by default. However, please note that bank transfers do not occur in real-time. For more information, see: --> How long does a bank transfer take?
1.2 How can I create additional users?
You can also manage sub-users in this menu through the [User Management] option. Sub-users can log in to your account with their own password and access specific areas that you have designated. This allows for a multi-client mode, where you can, for example, give your accountant or a web designer their own access without having to share your account login credentials. You can also determine which functions the additional user can access and whether they are eligible for phone or email support.
If you want to add an additional user, you simply need to click on the [Manage Users] button and follow the form.
You can also use this feature to manage or delete existing users.
1.3 What is the telephone PIN and what is it needed for?
The phone PIN is a security feature that allows you to validate your identity or access to your account with our support team. You can define this PIN yourself under the menu point [Phone PIN]. Please make sure to save the PIN after entering it.
When you need to contact our support team by phone or in writing, we will ask you for this PIN - please enter it accordingly.
2. Where can I manage my domains or web hosting?
As mentioned earlier, you can manage your domains or webhostings on the CloudPit homepage. You can access this menu by clicking on our logo in the top left corner of the screen (1) or by clicking on the [Webhosting] button (2).

To access the management interface of your webhosting, simply click on one of the following links:
- the name of the webhosting product (1)
- the [manage] button in the same line (2)
- or the sub-item [open management] under the [MORE] button in the same line. (3-4)
