This guide explains how to change the contacts for your domain. The process differs depending on whether your domain is managed in CloudPit or in the easyname Control Panel.
Note: The instructions vary depending on the system. If your domain is managed in CloudPit, changing the domain contacts can only be done through support. In the easyname Control Panel, you can change the contacts yourself.
CloudPit
If your domain is managed in CloudPit, the domain contacts cannot currently be changed independently.
In this case, please contact our support at support@easyname.com. We will review the requested change and assist you in adjusting the domain contacts.
easyname Controlpanel
If your domain is managed in the easyname Controlpanel, you can adjust the contacts yourself.
- Open the Domains section in the easyname Control Panel.
- Click Manage to the right of the desired domain. The button is marked with a pencil icon.
- Scroll down on the following page to the Contacts section.
- Click Change Owner if you want to change the domain owner.
- Click Manage Other Contacts if you want to adjust other domain contacts.
- Select the desired contact template from the dropdown menu.
If the appropriate contact template is not yet available, you can create a new contact via + ADD NEW CONTACT.
