You can have your customer account deleted if there are no active products remaining in it. For security reasons, the deletion must be clearly confirmed.
Have your CloudPit account deleted
If you want to have your CloudPit account deleted, send an email to billing@easyname.com.
For identification, we need one of the following pieces of information:
- Telephone PIN
- Copy of the account holder's ID
After successful verification, we will deactivate your customer account. Afterwards, your data will be deleted in accordance with legal retention periods.
Have your Controlpanel account deleted
If you want to have your Controlpanel account deleted, send an email to billing@easyname.com.
For identification, we need one of the following pieces of information:
- Support PIN
- Copy of the account holder's ID
After successful verification, we will deactivate your customer account. Afterwards, your data will be deleted in accordance with legal retention periods.
Cancel active products beforehand
Deletion is only possible if there are no active products remaining in the customer account.
If there are still active products, please cancel them first directly in the customer account or via the appropriate cancellation form.
